Black - White and the Shades in Between
Service Description
"Black - White and the Shades in Between" is ideal for you if you want to experiment with a variety of materials on the painting surface and at the same time create a deep, calm atmosphere in your pictures. Black - this color holds a secret that captivates us! White, on the other hand, stands for purity, clarity and innocence. Together we immerse ourselves in a world full of black and white contrasts that lead us through sharp contrasts as well as velvety transitions. On this experimental, painterly journey we focus on the beauty of reduction - the power that lies in the simplification of colors and materials. Using various techniques, we approach the subtle interplay of black and white, perceive the countless nuances in between, mix them and let ourselves be guided by them. The goal is to be creative with a few, simple means - to let go and find the quiet, unobtrusive beauty. At the end there is the decision: does our black and white composition need a touch of color to achieve its full effect? You can work with the materials that appeal to you most - be it fine marble powder, powdery chalk paints, ash, black and white acrylic paints or other colors that inspire you. Whether with pens, chalks, brushes or spatulas, the course invites you to experiment and perceive the beauty of simplicity in a new way.
